SHIPPING POLICY

Elva’s Vault currently ships within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE
High-value orders may be shipped with insurance and/or signature confirmation for added protection. A signature may be required upon delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging and shipping materials, as photographs may be required for a carrier claim.

Elva’s Vault is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside of our control.
