CONSIGNMENT TERMS
Thank you for choosing Elva’s Vault. By consigning an item with us, you agree to the following terms.
COMMISSION & PAYOUT
Elva’s Vault receives a 15% commission from the final selling price. The consignor receives 85% of the final selling price.
AUTHENTICATION
All items must be 100% authentic. Elva’s Vault covers the cost of professional authentication for items accepted for consignment.
If an item does not pass authentication, it will not be listed and will be returned to the consignor. The consignor is responsible for return shipping.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
The minimum consignment period is 90 days.
If an item is withdrawn before the end of the 90-day period, a $50 early withdrawal fee applies.
PRICING & OFFERS
Pricing is determined based on the item’s brand, model, condition, age, demand, included accessories, and current resale market.
A minimum acceptable selling price will be agreed upon before the item is listed.
Elva’s Vault may accept offers or run promotions as long as the final selling price does not fall below the agreed minimum. Any offer below the agreed minimum requires the consignor’s approval.
PAYMENT
The consignor will receive 85% of the final selling price.
Payment will be issued within 3–5 business days after the sale is completed and the buyer’s applicable return period has ended.
RETURNS
If a buyer returns an item, no payout will be issued until the item is successfully sold again and the applicable return period has ended.
ITEM CONDITION
The consignor must accurately disclose the condition of the item, including any wear, stains, odors, damage, repairs, alterations, or missing accessories.
The item must arrive in substantially the same condition shown and described when submitted.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed, the consignor is responsible for shipping the item to Elva’s Vault.
Elva’s Vault will provide shipping instructions once an item has been accepted for consignment.
UNSOLD ITEMS
After the 90-day consignment period, the consignor may choose to:
• Extend the consignment period
• Adjust the selling price
• Request the item back
The consignor is responsible for return shipping if they choose to have an unsold item returned.
ITEM ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an item does not guarantee acceptance. Elva’s Vault reserves the right to accept or decline items based on brand, condition, authenticity, demand, and resale potential.
AUTHENTICITY
Elva’s Vault does not accept counterfeit items. Items that do not pass professional authentication will not be offered for sale.
AGREEMENT
By submitting and consigning an item with Elva’s Vault, the consignor acknowledges and agrees to these Consignment Terms.
